ANNUAL HEALTH REVIEWS

For long-term conditions……

While we realise that receiving repeated messages from the surgery to book an appointment for your annual health review can be an inconvenience it is extremely important that you attend – once you have had your review these text messages will stop……

These reviews are very important as it allows us to check that you are physically well and to review any medications that you are taking.  All medication must be reviewed annually to ensure that they are still right and being prescribed at the correct and safe dosage for you.
