New Patient Registration
The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. As it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the doctor.
PLEASE NOTE that there is no regulatory requirement to prove identity, address, immigration status or provide an NHS number in order to register.
However, where possible preferable identification can help your registration to be processed more smoothly and best types include:
Passport
Birth Certificate
Proof of your current address (a letter sent to you within the last 3 months)
For further information on registering with your GP, please visit the NHS website.

Overseas Visitors
Those who visit the UK from overseas must pay for their care when they are in England.
Changes were made to how the NHS charges overseas visitors for healthcare so the NHS does not lose out on income for the services these patients have received.
